Cookie Policy
The short version: we use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages help, and no advertising cookies. You can opt out any time. Cal.com stores what it needs only if you book a call.
02 What we use
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us, so we can make the site more useful. We use it only to improve the site, not for advertising. There are no advertising cookies, and our fonts are served from our own site.
This is everything stored in your browser:
| Name | Set by | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits apart, so we can count visitors without knowing who they are | 2 years |
_ga_T0VKKC45RR | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
Cal.com storage | Cal.com (only after you open “Book a meeting”) | Makes the booking calendar work, for example remembering your time zone | Set by Cal.com |
Google’s how Google uses data from sites that use its services explains what happens to analytics data. The contact form also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that works inside its own frame, and Cloudflare says it doesn’t use cookies to collect or store information. The booking calendar only loads if you choose to book a meeting, and Cal.com’s own privacy policy explains what it stores.
03 Opting out of analytics
Instead of a cookie banner, we explain it here and make opting out easy. Any of these works:
- Install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings.
- Use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
The site works exactly the same either way.
04 Controlling cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them won’t break this site, although the booking calendar may not load if you block Cal.com.
