Yes. On the one-time plans, the site, code, and content are 100% yours once final payment clears. On the monthly Grow plan the site is yours too. You can take it with you whenever you like.
02What’s the difference between the one-time and monthly plans?
Launch and Business are fixed-scope builds with a set delivery window and a short support period after launch. Grow bundles a Business build with ongoing SEO, monthly content management, unlimited support, and a yearly site review with improvements, billed monthly, for businesses that want a long-term partner rather than a one-off project.
03How do payments work?
One-time projects are split 50% to start and 50% at launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Local SEO starts with a three-month minimum; other monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
04What happens after the support guarantee ends?
Your 14- or 30-day window covers fixes to anything we built. After that you can move onto a Maintenance package or the Grow plan, or reach out any time at our hourly troubleshooting rate of $135/hour.
05What if my project needs more than the listed pages?
No problem. Extra pages are quoted simply, per page, so you only pay for what you add. We confirm the full scope and a fixed price before we start, so there are never any surprises.
06Can I add Local SEO or maintenance to a one-time plan?
Absolutely. Local SEO (from $750/mo), a Maintenance package, and on-demand troubleshooting can be added to any plan whenever you’re ready.
07Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your quote is fixed for the agreed scope. Third-party costs you’d own regardless (like your domain name or premium plugins) are always shown up front.
